What is an Affiliate Program?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our web site on your web site. We pay you a commission for each user that travels to AffinityTrip through one of these links.

Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join! Becoming an affiliate of AffinityTrip is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. Plus, as our partner you will be providing your regular users with the AffinityTrip vacation specials and packages.

Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

Does my site qualify for the affiliate program?
All sites are welcome, with exception to sites which are involved in or promote illegal activity or content. There are no web site traffic minimums so whether you're site is established or new, you're encouraged to apply. We personally review all applications and notify affiliates within 24 hours of their acceptance.

Do I need to have a web site to be an affiliate?
No! You can also use emails, newsletters, whatever means are available to you to refer visitors to our site.

How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

What are the ways an affiliate will earn commissions in your program?
Affiliates will earn a 2.5% commission on all bookings that are made from customers referred to our site from yours. You will be paid a commission as soon as we have received it from the travel supplier

How often do affiliates get paid?
When the revenue you have generated for your account exceeds $25 your payment is sent to your address every month. If you do not reach the $25 minimum within a month, the amount generated is carried forward to the next month. You can view your revenue and sales statistics live on our web site throughout the month to see how you are doing.

Does AffinityTrip provide marketing banners for my site?
Yes, once you have joined our program, you will have access to high-quality, traffic driving banners, interactive booking units and text links to select from, in a variety of styles to suit a wide range of web site designs. We also supply everything needed to add those banners to your web pages

Does the AffinityTrip program offer reporting tools for affiliates?
Yes, our advanced affiliate management system gives you a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of AffinityTrip travel bookings, total revenue generated and much more.

Who processes the AffinityTrip bookings?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!

How will you know that clicks and bookings came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying click or bookings is made.

What is Amount Due?
Amount earned prior to 30 days ago and received payment from advertiser. This means, if today is March 15, and you generate commissions from January 31 and prior - this is the amount that is due to be paid to you.

What is Amount Pending?
Amount in the 30 days prior to the end of last month. This means, that if today is April 15th, and you earned $100 from March 1st to March 30th that is the Amount Pending.

What is Total Commissions Earned to Date?
This is the total commissions you have earned to date.

What is Amount Paid To Date?
This is the amount we have paid to you to date.

When are payments made to me?
Payments are made to you 30 days after a months accrual. Meaning if you accrued $100 in January, you will be paid March 1st or thereabouts.

Why have I not been paid?
First, if you have not yet met the minimum commissions, that could be a reason. Second, commissions are paid after the customer travels, so if they have not taken their trip, your commission is pending. Other reasons include: It is not yet 30 days after the revenues have accrued, you have not earned any commissions, the money is in the mail or your site has been under investigation for fraud.
